ENCORE LAS VEGAS — If singer and actor Frank Sinatra was still around, he’d hit the century mark this December. Sinatra, the restaurant dedicated to Ol’ Blue Eyes memory at resort, pays tribute to the Chairman of the Board with a dinner on April 9 that pairs his favorite drink, Jack Daniel’s, with a four-course menu from executive chef Theo Schoenegger. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey’s master distiller Jeff Arnett, the seventh master distiller in the spirit’s 148-year history, leads the discussion. The dinner goes for $185 per person with reservations accepted at 702-770-5320 or 702-770-3463. [EaterWire]
