THE LINQ Brooklyn Bowl now has a gluten-free version of fried chicken made with gluten-free matzo meal flown in from Israel. The restaurant contracted for 4,000 pounds of the special matzo, which is only produced three times per year. Diners can get a half-chicken (dark, mixed or white), served with mashed potatoes, collard greens with bacon and honey; as well as platters of eight to 24 pieces of chicken (available in dark, mixed or white). VENETIAN Delmonico Steakhouse throws a four-course dinner with Bond wines on Tuesday, March 17. Delmonico’s master sommelier Kevin Vogt and winemaker Cory Empting will be on hand for the event that includes dishes from Delmonico's chef de cuisine Ronnie Rainwater. LAS VEGAS — Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza & Grill locations and Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar in Henderson now have two dishes for $10 at lunch on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests choose from soup, salad and pizzas. Dishes available include an organic kale and Caesar salad, Greek salad or the arugula and fig salad. Soup options include tomato, butternut squash or corn chowder. Pizza varieties include the all-natural pepperoni pizza with bell peppers; the spicy Italian sausage, with caramelized onions; or the margherita pizza, with tomatoes, roasted garlic sauce and fresh basil.
