THE LINQ — Brooklyn Bowl now has a gluten-free version of fried chicken made with gluten-free matzo meal flown in from Israel. The restaurant contracted for 4,000 pounds of the special matzo, which is only produced three times per year. Diners can get a half-chicken (dark, mixed or white), served with mashed potatoes, collard greens with bacon and honey; as well as platters of eight to 24 pieces of chicken (available in dark, mixed or white).
