Chef Matt Contreras of The Venues Group is creating the four-course menu that includes a seared diver scallop appetizer, cast iron Scottish salmon salad, an entrée course of Moroccan spiced lamb chops, and Tahitian vanilla bean goat cheese cake for dessert.
