Cafe Verdi West Pizzeria at 3111 S. Valley View Blvd. was shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District for an imminent health hazard after a routine inspection on March 13.

SNHD inspectors found a pest infestation, which calls for an immediate shutdown. Even without  the pest infestation, inspectors gave Cafe Verdi 42 demerits, enough alone to call for a closing.
