Your First Look Inside the Cowboy-Inspired Searsucker

A mix of modern and rustic are the staples of the design of Brian Malarkey's restaurant.

Searsucker finally reveals itself to the world tonight with its cowboy-inspired roadside diner feel from designer Thomas Schoos. Chef Brian Malarkey called on Schoos to create the looks of his Searsucker locations in San Diego and sister brand Herringbone. Modern and rustic come together in this dining room, lounge area, open kitchen and a private dining room. Schoos went for a look that inspires the "social dining experience." Take a look around.
