Stand-up comedian and actor Carrot Top celebrated his birthday at STK at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Wednesday night after attending Britney Spears’ Piece of Me show. The prop comedian dined with a group of friends including rapper-turned chef Coolio. The two used the restaurant’s Jason of Beverly Hills diamond-encrusted steak knives to dine with for the evening, even staging a mock knife fight with the set. The group dined on blue cheese bread with chive oil, shellfish flatter, Lil’ BRGs, and a large cut of steak served family-style. [EaterWire]
