Downtown Summerlin gets a little chillier when CREAM opens on Saturday, March 14. The first Nevada outpost plans to serve up 24 flavors that can be stuffed into ice cream tacos three flavors at a time. CREAM, an acronym for "Cookies Rule Everything Around Me," plans to offer free ice cream sandwiches from noon to midnight on opening day. Brace for future outposts on the Strip and on Fremont Street Experience coming as well. The brand will face chilly competition at the new outdoor shopping center; Australian Gelato Messina debuts March 9 a mere one block away.
