Two months after Brooklyn's debuted their casual American fare, another new dining addition to Montelago Village is arriving sooner than expected.
Lifelong Maine lobsterman Shawn Elliott is bringing his deep crustacean knowledge to the aptly named Lobsterman’s Restaurant and has revealed he is now aiming for an April debut. Elliott shuttered his three-year old Rockland, Maine, restaurant of the same name to make the move to Lake Las Vegas full time.
The 749-square-foot space takes over the former Caffe Positano coffee shop, making it the closest dining option to the Village Marina and offers outdoor seating and open views of the lake.
Already promised for the menu are the "crab melt, lobster mac and cheese, Lobsterman’s flatbread pizza, and hot lobster, crab, and artichoke dips."
