Get your calendars out. The Las Vegas Epicurean Affair returns to the Palazzo’s pool deck on Thursday, May 21.
This year, the dine around from the Nevada Restaurant Association honors chef José Andrés, who will host the event. Pick up a VIP ticket for a meet and greet with the chef as well as bites from his restaurant Bazaar Meat at SLS Las Vegas.
Restaurants that have participated in the past include Bouchon, DB Brasserie, Delmonico Steakhouse, Lavo, Mint Indian Bistro, Tao Asian Bistro, Texas de Brazil, Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio, N9NE Steakhouse, Ferraro’s, Lawry’s The Prime Rib and STK.
Keep your ticket stub; Tao Nightclub at the Venetian hosts the official after party for the event and that stub gets you in for free.
Proceeds from the evening fund the Nevada Restaurant Association’s educational and scholarship programs, including ProStart, a national high school culinary skill and restaurant management program.
Tickets start at $100 and go on sale here in April.
