Fukuburger Drives Into Its Very First Standalone Restaurant in Las Vegas

Eater 38-worthy Fukuburger lands a stand-alone location, now open at the Hawaiian Marketplace, which is undergoing some major changes. The gang from Fukuburger moved out of its food truck stall F.A.M.E. at The Linq to take over the former Zingers space on the ground floor under the new recently opened second-floor Chili’s at the market.

Find the namesake Fukuburger aka the "Lucky" burger with an all-beef fuku-patty with American cheese topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, wasabi mayo and driszzled with fuku sauce. The tamago egg burger features furikake, teriyaki and wasabi mayo, finished with crispy onion strings and a fried egg. The buta pig burger adds applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, pickled red onions and red ginger, finished with Japanese barbecue sauce and wasabi mayo. On the kinoko aka mushroom burger, grilled shiitake mushrooms, pickled red ginger, teriyaki and wasabi mayo make up the dish. Go spicy with the Karai with its pickled cucumbers, avocado cream, finished with habeñero kabayaki.
