The world's largest sports-book will unveil a major upgrade this fall and is including a restaurant concept well tested at their other resorts.

The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook already occupies 30,000 square feet and offers more than 350 seats, while the upgrade will overhaul the area into a "3-level stadium experience." All of the jumbo TV screens will be replaced and new lounge seating added.

Private club booths will be built, plus an unspecified 40-foot sports bar and the major addition of the Drafts Sports Bar & Grill. Created in-house in 2012, the Drafts' brew pub meets "gourmet burger bar" concept already operates at the company's Park City, Utah, Kissimmee, Fla., and Gatlinburg, Tenn., resorts and has announced locations will debut later this year in Myrtle Beach, Fla., and Orlando and Branson, Mo.

Previous Drafts Sports Bars have featured "more than 50 draft and bottled beers from around the world, as well as an extensive wine list and full cocktail menu." The Park City, Utah, original serves "hand-crafted burgers" and "stone-hearth pizzas." The broad appetizer roster includes crispy pork belly sliders, nachos, and jalapeno fried mac and cheese. Burger selections range from the "Red Hot Chili & Peppers" to "The Deep Dish" featuring pepperoni and bacon, or a roasted garlic-infused mayo selection. Topping the pizzas are choices like buffalo chicken, or the "Everything But The Kitchen Sink" pizza topped with "truffled Parmesan shoestring fires"

The Park City Drafts also offers the ready made for Las Vegas, "F'N Hot" chicken wing challenge. The brave try to eat 10 wings dipped in "F'n Hot Sauce" and live for "five minutes" without "water or bathroom breaks." The successful receive a shirt, their picture on the wall and the $10 wings are free.

The restaurant chain is also open for breakfast, including offering a buffet selection in Florida. Standard breakfast items include chicken and waffles, french toast and breakfast burritos.

Final specifics for the Las Vegas location have yet to be revealed and construction on the SuperBook remodel is waiting to begin.
