Starting right now and ending, oh, late on Friday, Eater will be your headquarters for all things burger for this, Eater Vegas' Eater Burger Week. We're going to sit down with some of the city's biggest burger suppliers, find out how much meat burger restaurants go through in a week, talk to chefs about their favorite burgers, get some perspective on the burger scene in Las Vegas and more. We're even doing a poll to find out who has the best burger in Vegas. So do come back here regularly throughout the week to check it out.
