Tracking Five Anticipated Burger Restaurants Coming to Las Vegas

Burger mania shows no signs of letting up. At least five new burger restaurants plan to come to Las Vegas, including a fast-growing chain, a second Shake Shack, Ralph Perrazzo's BBD's, a new Downtown burger joint and the highly-anticipated Wahlburgers. Here's how each is coming along.

Location: Hughes Center
The Situation: This fast-growing burger chains wants to set up shop in 15 locations in Las Vegas. The first debuts next summer at the Hughes Center alongside Panera Bread, Pieology, Jamba Juice and Chipotle.
The Burger: The basic Charburger comes with mayonnaise, pickle, fresh tomato, lettuce and caramelized onions on a toasted bun for $2.95. Make it a combo with drinks and fries for $6.20. Mushroom and Swiss, teriyaki and barbecue bacon are just some of the variations. Other sandwiches are made with chicken, tuna, veggies, pastrami or tri-tip steak. The restaurant even serves up sweet potato fries.

Flippin' Good Burgers and Shakes

Location: Hughes Center
The Situation: Replacing shuttered Uncle Joe's Pizza and Kabob Korner, Resort Gaming Group's Flippin' Good Burgers concept promises Fremont East will host the "best burgers, fries and frozen custard in town...because fresh tastes better."
The Burger: Not yet teased.

Downtown Summerlin Shake Shack

Shake Shack

Location: Downtown Summerlin
The Situation: A second location of the roadside burger stand comes to Downtown Summerlin next year. You can head to the first location west of the Mississippi River at New York-New York.
The Burger: Shake Shack serves 100 percent all-natural Angus beef. All burgers are cooked medium unless otherwise requested. Add lettuce, tomato, pickle or onion

Wahlburgers

Location: Grand Bazaar Shops
The Situation: Wahlburgers plans to open three Las Vegas locations, and although nothing has officially been announced, a recent episode of the A&E show that follows the Wahlberg brothers indicated that the first spot would be in the new shopping mall in front of Bally's Las Vegas.
The Burger: Wahlburgers uses Creekstone Farms Black Angus beef from Pat LaFrieda on Hearth Bakery buns.

BBD's

Location: Unknown
The Situation: Ralph Perrazzo, a former alum of Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace, Jean-George in Manhattan and Clio in Boston, said he wanted to open a Las Vegas location off the Strip.
The Burger: The steakhouse burger is cooked on a wood and charcoal grill with griddle burgers and steamed burgers.
