Yardbird Southern Table & Bar opened at the end of December at the Venetian, and already its Swine Burger 2.0 from chef Todd Harrington has taken off as a success. The burger is inspired by Swine, parent company 50 Eggs Inc.'s sister restaurant in Coral Gables, Fla. The 2.0 version features a patty of short rib, brisket and smoked pork, house pickles, smoked Gouda, barbecue sauce, frisee and is served with house fries.
