The return of two Michelin-starred chef Alex Stratta is less than a week away, and already the chef is showing off his new menu. His off-Strip restaurant Tapas by Alex Stratta takes over the former Poppy Den space at Tivoli Village on Wednesday, April 8, with dinner served nightly from 5 to 10 p.m.
Here now, get a look at the entire menu, which includes rice and paella dishes, including classic Valenciana and mixta, as well as seafood, meat and poultry plates, seasonal vegetable, fruit and imported cheese selections. Also expect weekly and daily specials.
