Name your favorite star chef in Las Vegas and chances are his or her autograph will be on one of two chef coats up from auction for Vegas Uncork’d. The culinary festival takes over Aria, the Bellagio, Caesars Palace and the MGM Grand Thursday through Sunday this week.

The two limited edition chef coats for auction benefit Three Square Food Bank, Southern Nevada’s largest nonprofit hunger-relief organization. Each chef coat features signatures from celebrity chefs, sommeliers and mixologists from the four participating resorts. Gordon Ramsay, Emeril Lagasse, Michael Mina, Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger and Jean-Georges Vongerichten are among the autographs on the coat, valued at $1,000. So far the top bid is $250.

Interested? You only have until Tuesday, April 28, here.

Limited tickets are still available for several events, including Chef's Counter: All-Star Feast at Aria, California Chardonnay and Pinot Noir: A Tasting of Balance at Bellagio, Tequila and Tacos with The Too Hot Tamales at Caesars Palace and The New Orleans Fish House Experience with Emeril Lagasse at the MGM Grand.
