Bradley Manchester’s Glutton serves up just what you expect — foods to satisfy the seven deadly sins. At the heart of his dishes, items made in a wood-burning oven. Look for dishes such as a wood-oven roasted sea bream with fennel seed, concord grape, car acara orange and white balsamic, as well as an arugula and almond wood-fired flatbread topped with goat cheese, robiola, shishito, honey and pesto.
