The 24-hour Del Taco at 7480 W. Lake Mead Blvd. knocked off early after the Southern Nevada Health District shut down the restaurant for an imminent health hazard on Friday, April 17.
SNHD discovered that the restaurant didn’t have hot or potable water during the routine inspection.
Del Taco demerits
Inspections dating back to 2006 show mainly A grades from the health district.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
