Guy Savoy Plans a Third Restaurant, But It's in Paris

Guy Savoy’s empire is growing. The French chef behind the eponymous restaurant at Caesars Palace and in Paris plans to open another restaurant, also named Guy Savoy. This third iteration debuts on Tuesday, May 19, at the Monnaie de Paris (The Paris Mint), one of the longest buildings on the Left Bank of the Seine. He also has four additional restaurants in Paris and Qatar.
