The former 21 Lounge has kept the nightlife atmosphere but added a more serious approach to their menu.

Behind the unabashed "Sushi Can Be Fun" concept, fresh fish options can be sampled via the $45 omakase at the sushi bar. Live halibut is also available for two or more guests and before a break in the karaoke room, guests can enjoy dishes of pork belly, tempura and pan fried seafood udon.

Sushi and sashimi classic rolls are joined by a selection of novelty rolls like the spicy "Bend It Like Beckham." The restaurant already displays a shirtless, full-length picture of David Beckham on the door of the women's restroom stalls. The men's room counters with model Miranda Kerr in a bikini.

Featuring desserts from local favorite Suzuya Pastries & Crepes, Fish In The Spotlight is also receiving rave reviews for their "ice cream beer." The first Las Vegas location to try out the Japanese craze, the foam of a beer is frozen and then added to the drink, just like soft-serve ice cream.
