Jolene Mannina’s television show Late Nite Chef Fight is set to film season two, and now the producers are casting for a new set of chefs to compete.
The show follows Mannina’s wildly successful Back of the House Brawl that took place at Tommy Rockers late at night. Chefs would get out of the kitchen and into food trucks, where they would cook with a set of specific ingredients using the tools and ingredients they found on the food trucks. Former world champion boxer Laila Ali and chef and restaurateur Vic "Vegas" Moea co-host.
Chefs interested in participating in season two of the series that airs on FYI Network should email here with their name, phone number, job title, culinary background and a recent photo of themselves and three dishes they created.
