Sammy DeMarco Serves Up His First Vegas Dinner in Two Years

The chef of chefs brings a pop-up dinner to Made LV next month.

Chef Sammy DeMarco returns, kind of, when he brings a pop-up dinner to Made LV at Tivoli Village on Wednesday, May 20.

Fresh off his new show Chow Masters on the Travel Channel, DeMarco gives his fans a chance to taste some of his greatest culinary hits. This event marks the first time in two years that Sammy D’s back in the kitchen serving the people since First Food & Bar and Rattlecan shuttered abruptly at the Venetian and Palazzo.

Start with Sammy D classics such as lollipop Buffalo wings, walnut shrimp and Philly cheese steak dumplings. A warm goat cheese cake with pistachio, endive, baby beets and white balsamic follows. The main course — Moroccan lamb meatballs with harissa tomato fennel sauce, crispy spiced chickpeas, black olives, lemon parsley salad and cucumber mint yogurt. For dessert, DeMarco has S’Mores 2015, a graham cracker-crusted chocolate dumpling, toasted marshmallow fluff, vanilla ice cream and chocolate crunchies featuring Hexx chocolate.

The 6:30 p.m. dinner is $39 per person at 702-722-2000 for reservations.
