Get ready for Glutton. After long delays, the New American restaurant from former Red Rock Resort chef Bradley Manchester is ready to debut on Friday, April 10, at 5 p.m.
Manchester plans to cook roasted meats and vegetables in a wood-burning oven and barrel-aged cocktails.
Glutton joins two other about to open restaurants, Vegenation and Zydeco Po-Boys. Find Glutton at the corner of Carson Avenue and Seventh Street in the former Sears building. The renovated midcentury building retained the original oak ceiling from its original 1955 construction. Stained concrete floors, exposed brick and a stone chef’s counter combine to create an industrial yet comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant seats approximately 78 patrons indoors and an additional 25 on an outdoor patio, where Manchester plans to grow herbs.
Glutton plans to be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch and 5 to 11 p.m. for dinner. On Sundays, the restaurant will open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for brunch and 5 to 11 p.m. for dinner.
