Itsy Bitsy: Ramen & Whisky
Address: The Ogden, 150 Las Vegas Blvd. N.
Status: Open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily
Downtown Las Vegas now has a ramen restaurant and Japanese whiskey bar. Itsy Bitsy: Ramen & Whisky takes over the former Wild space at The Ogden. The joint project from the owners of Commonwealth and Park on Fremont with restaurant designer Martin Koleff of Aburiya Raku and Sweets Raku fame, and DJ Five gives diners the option of choosing between thick and thin noodles and then tonkatsu, shoyo or miso broth. Toppings include green onions, braised pork, bean sprouts or a soy-cured egg. Other options include buttered corn, tofu, fish cakes, Spam, spicy meat and dried seaweed. Diners can also order hand rolls, robata skewers and rice bowls.
Update: Apparently Martin Koleff is no longer involved in this project.
