An eight-year dream for the Ferraro family came true when their quick-casual restaurant Pizza Forte opened in the food court at Sunset Station in Henderson on Friday. The family behind Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar plans to open 10 more locations in the next two years, including a spot at the Hard Rock Hotel this spring. Pizza Forte features white-washed walls and seating for 30. The walls are decorated with pizza pans and peels. Diners order at a walk-up counter.
