The Travel Channel’s Adam Richman just debuted his series Man Finds Food, and tonight he visits four different restaurants in Las Vegas. The show is meant to focus on off-the-menu items and off-the-grid restaurants.

The episode airing at 9 p.m. tonight dubbed “Man Made Meals” first visits Capo’s Italian Steakhouse to try the off-menu dish called The Leftovers. Then he heads to Park on Fremont to try an off-the-menu lobster slider. The not-so-secret The Pizzeria, often called Secret Pizza at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, is where Richman learns how to make the restaurant’s classic white pizza. The half-hour episode ends at Jamms Restaurant, where Richman tries the brunch specialists’ secret sandwich, the Jamminator that combines a Reuben omelet and French toast.
