Alex Stratta makes his triumphant return to the Las Vegas dining scene with the debut of Tapas by Alex Stratta at Tivoli Village. The chef who earned two Michelin stars with his restaurant Alex at Wynn Las Vegas plans to serve a menu of small plates with Spanish accents and a Mediterranean emphasis. Paellas have a special place on the menu, as do tapas, obviously, but Stratta plans to keep diners on their toes with his weekly and daily specials. A lineup of Spanish wines, red and white sangrias made in house and five Spanish beers, among others, help guests wash down their meals meant to share. Cocktails here feature Spanish sherries.

Stratta’s restaurant takes over the former Poppy Den space with 5,401 square feet spread over two floors and a 2,000-square-foot patio outside. Dine privately upstairs on a dining room and balcony.
