The Las Vegas Premium Outlets North gears up to unveil its expansion on Thursday, May 14, with 33 new stores and spanning 150,000 square feet and includes the fourth Cheesecake Factory in Las Vegas. It sits next to a new Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th and across from the World Market Center.
The 8,200-square-foot restaurant has room for 220 guests along with a 1,631-square-foot outdoor patio.
“Having a sit-down restaurant was important to us,” says Richard McKeown, the area general manager. He notes that Cheesecake Factory is the first place to offer alcohol at the outlet mall, something British visitors in particular have requested.
Between Cheesecake Factory and Saks find a new valet area as well as a new information center for guests.
Cheesecake Factory also plans to offer takeout and "Curbside-To-Go" services.
Other new stores coming to the outlet mall include AG Adriano Goldschmied, AllSaints, American Eagle Outfitters, Bally, Burton Snowboards, Canali, Catimini, CH Carolina Herrera, Citizen, Clarins, Dunhill, Furla, Helmut Lang, John Varvatos, Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio, Pandora, Rag & Bone, Under Armour, Vera Bradley and Vilebrequin.
Giorgio Armani, Theory, Dolce & Gabbana, Tory Burch, Lacoste and Burberry will move into larger storefronts by the end of the year.
And more new arrivals later in the year include Alexis Bittar, Amorino Gelato, G Star Raw and Marc Jacobs.
