Tacos El Compita at 6118 W. Charleston Blvd. came within two points of being shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District after a routine inspection on Wednesday, April 29.
SNHD inspectors found that the staff wasn’t properly washing their hands and food was not protected from potential contamination as well as ineffective pest control measures, grade cards not posted and more during the 39-demerit inspection.
