Manna Restaurant, the Korean barbecue at 6475 W. Charleston Blvd., came within one point of being shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District after a routine inspection on Thursday, May 7.
Inspectors found the staff wasn’t properly washing their hands, food unprotected from potential contamination, ineffective pest control measures and more during the 40-demerit inspection.
Manna demerits
Manna last received a C grade in 2006.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
