The two-story, four anchor dining section of the Grand Bazaar Shops has finally revealed their first tenant. While Eater Vegas confirmed during construction the spaces had been allocated to Wahlburgers, Nacho Daddy, SkinnyFats and Starbucks, none of restaurants were officially announced. Finally, the 2.6-acre outdoor retail concept is now promoting the "coming soon" arrival of a ground floor Starbucks next to the new escalators leading to Bally's Las Vegas.
The 3,276-square-foot ground floor space is working with an estimated $550,000 construction budget. Surrounding stores have been told this particular Starbucks would be unique to Las Vegas, serving a menu including alcohol.
The "coming soon" timetable puts a damper on hopes of the first Las Vegas Wahlburgers opening this summer. Within an application to Clark County to host nine food tents for their open-ended Great American Foodie Fest, the Grand Bazaar explained only one of their main dining anchors would debut within the next six months and needed the semi-permanent food festival to help lure hungry visitors.
No signage or obvious progress on the Wahlburgers site has been noted since the Grand Bazaar Shops debuted in February.
