Wolfgang Puck’s Spago at the Forum Shops at Caesars picks up where Postrio left off after closing by offering brunch every Saturday and Sunday.
Executive chef Eric Klein now serves brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the weekends. Look for specialty brunch items, starters, pizza and main courses.
Highlights include a crab cake Benedict with avocado, roasted tomato, poached eggs and Hollandaise; a baked frittata asparagus with spinach, pancetta and burrata cheese; smoked salmon with a toasted bagel, chive cream cheese, capers and red onion; house made buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy and sunny side up eggs; a breakfast panini with scrambled eggs, prosciutto, tomato and basil); and a prime flat iron steak and eggs with Béarnaise Tuscan potatoes.
