Daniel Ontiveros Lands a New Job in Downtown Las Vegas

Daniel Ontiveros, the former executive chef at Comme Ça at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from December until the restaurant closed in March, landed a new job as the chef behind Therapy. The American fusion restaurant and bar is under construction in the former Dollar Store$ on Fremont East. It plans to open in mid-June.

Ontiveros worked his way up from executive sous chef to chef de cuisine at Comme Ça. He's worked at Thomas Keller's Bouchon at the Venetian and Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand as well during his career.
