Downtown Henderson hopes the second time's a charm at the Pinnacle Building on Water Street. Attempts to revitalize the district hit a speed bump in January when ground-floor tenant Berwick’s Urban Lounge shuttered after barely four months in business. Now, the third local Sunset Pizzeria has taken its place and is confident it can become a fixture at this prominent corner location.

While the pizzeria's other two locations at Horizon Ridge and Boulder Highway are family friendly, Sunset Downtown is strictly 21 and older and they are checking to make sure. Inside, they've created a sports bar atmosphere with booth seating against the walls, tables filling the middle of the room and seating at the bar. Gaming machines have been approved and are on their way.

The New York-style pizzas are joined by a full menu including strombolis, burgers, gyros, Philly steaks, wings and oven-baked Italian grinders. They have also brought over their popular lunch special deals on dishes like lasagna, meatballs, heros and chicken fingers.
