The former Shadow Bar at Caesars Palace reopens tonight at 5 p.m. as Vista Cocktail Lounge from Hakkasan Group. Infused drinks here include a pineapple mule, while punch bowls meant to share, craft beers and seasonal sangrias show up on the menu as well. Some of the specialty cocktails include the Honey Ryder with Malibu coconut rum, Kahlua, Baileys and club soda and Del Toro with Patron Silver tequila, Chambord, pineapple and lime juice. LED screens inside the lounge change from views of a sunset over Dubai, fireworks over New York City and rainstorms over Shanghai.
