Perhaps the biggest draw at Mothership Coffee Roasters will be the nitro coffee, a slightly effervescent, ice-cold coffee on tap. The coffee is treated with nitrogen under high pressure and then chilled in a keg. A foamy head like a draught of Guinness make it taste sort of like beer, but the bubbles give it a sweet, velvety taste.
