See What Bravo Cucina Italiana Plans to Serve at the Galleria at Sunset

Bravo Cucina Italiana plans to open on Thursday, May 28, and now the sister restaurant to Brio releases its menu that will be served at the Galleria at Sunset. The restaurant plans to feature Italian fare for lunch and dinner, as well as weekend brunch dishes, a full gluten-free menu and lighter calorie options.

The 7,100-square-foot restaurant also has a patio and private dining room. Arched colonnades, walls covered with antique Venetian plaster and Arabescato marble imported from Italy decorate the space as well as wrought-iron chandeliers and a pizza bar at the front.

The restaurant plans to be open Sundays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to  11 p.m.

Here’s a look at some of the menu items:

Sicilian Pizza with sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, mushrooms, banana peppers, mozzarella and provolone.

Chicken parmesan Milanese features a Romano-crusted chicken breast covered in mozzarella and pomodoro sauce served  on top of an herb linguine.

Pasta Bravo with grilled chicken, mushrooms and rigatoni pasta in a roasted red pepper cream sauce.

Spicy scallop marinara with bay scallops served with angel hair pasta, basil, onions, artichokes, spinach and pesto bread crumbs, served in a spicy tomato sauce.

Filet mignon Toscano with creamy Tuscan mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Grilled salmon salad served on field greens with tomatoes, grilled asparagus, crispy shoestring potatoes and feta tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette.
