Learn how to cook some of singer Frank Sinatra’s favorite dishes during a cooking demonstration at his namesake restaurant at Encore Las Vegas.
Sinatra executive chef Theo Schoenegger and A.J. Lambert, Frank Sinatra’s granddaughter, host this interactive cooking demonstration and three-course lunch at noon on Friday, June 5.
Guests will hear stories of Ol’ Blue Eyes while learning the secrets to preparing some of Sinatra’s favorite dishes, including pasta e pomodoro and veal Milanese.
Schoenegger, who used to cook at San Domenico for Sinatra after his New York shows, will lead guests step-by-step through the preparation of each course, while A.J. Lambert shares stories of the singer’s passion for cooking.
Guests will receive a copy of “Frank Sinatra Duets” to commemorate the remarkable afternoon.
