Hyde's New Small Plates and Rockhouse's New Theme Nights

BELLAGIO — Hyde now turns to Lago by Julian Serrano for small plates to go with the cocktails there from 5 to 10 p.m., which makes sense since the former Circo used to have those duties. The menu includes bruschetta al pomodoro made with tomato basil and garlic oil; cipolline e speck made with cipolline onions and smoked prosciutto; spiedino di salsiccia prepared with sausage skewers and bell pepper sauce; formaggi made with ubriaco del Piave, quadrello di bufala and pecorino; and cannoli made with ricotta cheese, chocolate and orange. [EaterWire]
