Sheridan Su and Jenny Wong’s coming Flock & Fowl now has a menu as well as hours. The couple behind the wildly successful Fat Choy inside the Eureka Casino plans to open the new lunch spot “soon.”

The chicken and rice restaurant going in at 380 W. Sahara Ave. plans to be open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Almost everything here so far rings in under $10. Look for Hainanese chicken rice from China made with free-range chicken, up to two pounds of chicken wings with sauces such as Pok Pok style, Buffalo style or just straight up Chinese salt and pepper and snacks such as chicken skin or egg waffles.
