Chefs Christian Dolias and John Courtney are getting set to host their first-ever pop-up dinner at Old School Brewing Co.. on Wednesday, May 27, and now the duo released the five-course menu for the event.
The Raise The Bar pop-up dinner has the chefs collaborating on an amuse bouche course, and then battling back and forth on the remaining four courses.
Dolias, who founded CutThroat Culinary, is the former executive chef at the now-defunct Desnudo Tacos and has been featured on The Food Network’s Chopped and FYI’s Late Night Chef Fight. Courtney worked at RM Seafood, Marche Bacchus and Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, and also appeared on Late Night Chef Fight.
The $50 dinner features an optional beer pairing that features six four-ounce beer samples for $10. For reservations, call 702-273-9782.
