RED ROCK RESORTBrian Massie just updated the menu at Hearthstone Kitchen & Bar with heirloom watermelon salad; salmon carpaccio; halibut ceviche with compressed watermelon, avocado and basil; crispy skin turkey drumstick; and a black truffle hanger steak. The restaurant is also cracking open its cellar for Vino Monday with 50 percent off all bottles of wine under $100. Plus, starting on Friday and continuing weekly, DJ Pearce provides the soundtrack beginning at 9 p.m. [EaterWire]

NORTHWESTAces & Ales has a Unibroue beer and food pairing on Thursday at the Tenaya location starting at 5 p.m. On tap, La Fin du Monde, Raftman, Trois Pistoles, Ephemere Cherry, Ephemere Apple and Blanch de Chambly. Order up rustic pizza made with Blanche de Chambly marinated chicken; Uniburger sliders made with Noire de Chambly, Trois Pistoles and Terrible and a Unibroue barbecue sauce; and beef satay made with Raftman, all for $8.
