Goodbye to The Cafe at Monte Carlo, but Hello to Breakfast at The Pub

Say so long to The Café at Monte Carlo, which shutters on Sunday, June 7, at 2:30 p.m. No restaurant will replace it. Instead, the room will be remodeled into a meetings and event space.

But fear not for breakfast at the resort. The Pub at Monte Carlo steps into the morning meal game with pancakes, omelets and fresh fruits and juices starting Monday, June 8. Diners can head outdoors on The Pub patio or dine at the bar counter or in the main dining room. The Pub will open at 7 a.m.
