Fast-casual Earl of Sandwich opened its first Las Vegas owned and operated location in Downtown Summerlin. Las Vegas natives Rey and Leigh Robledo now own on of the brand’s first franchises.
The menu includes what the chain calls the "World’s Greatest Hot Sandwich," using bread and toppings that go through an oven and heat in four minutes. Also find wraps, salads, soups and desserts made in-house daily. Guests can also grab breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, muffins and bagels, as well as a dinner menu with pastas, pizza breads and stuffed baked potatoes.
