Your brunch options at Mandalay Bay just got bigger. Border Grill and Citizens Kitchen & Bar already offer morning options on the weekends, and now Hubert Keller jumps into the brunch game.
His restaurant Fleur by Hubert Keller now serves brunch every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Look for a hangover Angus short rib Benedict served with crispy potato cake, red wine jus and jalapeño Hollandaise; carnitas hash with roasted pork, fingerling potatoes, tomatillo salsa and poached eggs; red velvet pancakes with cream cheese butter and maple syrup; and brioche beignets with vanilla and cherry Anglaises.
Keller even makes recommendations for beer and cocktail pairings for each dish. The new “Hangover Cocktail Menu” includes a build-your-own bloody Mary.
