Fashion Show mall confirms that Kona Grill is on its way and another new cigar bar is part of the 22,000-square-foot addition to the front of the mall.
The mall plans to add three new restaurants along Las Vegas Boulevard, including Kona Grill and two unnamed places. Kona Grill is already at Boca Park and takes on an existing RA Sushi at the front of the mall when open.
Davidoff of Geneva Cigar Bar is one of seven small free-standing shops going into the front, as well as a “Cloud Bar.”
The expansion includes 30 new stores including a Dick’s Sporting Goods taking over the former Bloomingdale’s Home space, American womenswear designer St. John, first-to-market names such as Island Co., Melissa Shoes, Tory Burch, Camper Shoes, Kiko Milano Cosmetics and Asics. Zara expands to 30,000 square feet with a 3,300-square-foot children’s boutique.
All plans to be completed by the end of the year.
