The long shuttered Julie Ann's bakery at Henderson's Eastern Hills Center will soon be replaced by a zesty new arrival. The Tangerine Cafe will occupy 1,816 square feet inside suite 100 and be open for breakfast and lunch. The concept is described as a "re-creation of Italian café experience bringing fresh food and espresso-based drinks concept to the fast-paced lifestyle."
The cafe has already promised a breakfast menu including breakfast paninis with ingredients such as "turkey sausage, egg whites and mozzarella" or "chorizo turkey sausage, egg whites, Monterrey Jack & cilantro," plus housemade corned beef hash, Greek yogurt parfaits and a smoked salmon plate as well as Lavazza brand coffee.
For lunch the cafe is also readying clam chowder, Ruebens, paninis, Jamaican jerk tofu
and a selection of salads.
The cafe is currently hiring and announced they are opening soon.
