John Courtney and Christian Dolias Team Up for a Dinner at Old School Brewing

Old School Brewing Co. is getting in on the pop-up dinner craze. The first features chefs John Courtney and Christian Dolias putting together the Raise the Bar dinner on Wednesday, May 27, five courses that start with an amuse bouche from both chefs. From there, the chefs alternate courses.

Old School comes in with an optional beer pairing from brewmaster Jim Wilson with each course.

Dolias heads up CutThroat Culinary, the “underground cooking collective” of chefs who don tattoos and biker jackets. He was formerly the executive chef at Desnudo Tacos and appeared on the Food Network’s Chopped and FYI’s Late Night Chef Fight. 

Courtney has worked at RM Seafood, Marche Bacchus and Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, and appeared on Late Night Chef Fight.

Dinner goes for $50, with an optional pairing of six four-ounce beer samples for $10. For reservations, call 702-273-9782.
