Public School 702 is already in session at Downtown Summerlin, and now the restaurant is about to give a lesson on brunch. Starting this weekend, PS 702 serves up the midday meal from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Look for chicken sausage with cheddar grits, two fried eggs and beer-blanc sauce; a fried jidori chicken and green chili cornbread waffles; a fire-roasted vegetable hash and eggs; the stuffed French toast of the day, a smothered breakfast burrito; eggs Benedict pizza; and white bean toast with hummus, togarashi, frisee, bacon and egg. Everything rings in between $10 and $13.
Also land Just About Bottomless mimosas, Micheladas, bloody Marys and beermosas with orange juice, Angel City wheat, Gabriel Boudier crème de peche and Lavender simple syrup for $10.
