Cafe Cortez is now officially closed in advance of the opening of Siegel’s 1941 on Monday at El Cortez. The cafe was teasing new dishes coming to the new 24-hour restaurant taking over the former The Flame Steakhouse. Through the weekend, the Fiesta Room will be serving a buffet at the Downtown resort to pick up the dining duties until Siegel’s 1941 opens at 6 a.m. on Monday.
